About JobDistill
JobDistill is your personal job-search agent. It reads every new opening overnight, scores them against your resume, and hands you a tailored application for each one worth your time.
What it is. JobDistill is an AI job-search agent. You upload a resume once and set your bar: target roles, locations, remote preference and a minimum fit score. Every night it reads new openings from public company career boards and job APIs, scores each against your resume, and sends a morning briefing of only the roles that clear the bar, with reasons. The Apply Kit release adds a tailored resume, cover letter and screening answers for every match.
Who it is for. Mid-to-senior professionals, roughly 8 to 20 years in, in product, customer success, delivery, sales and engineering leadership. Built first for India, with INR pricing and UPI payment; global remote roles are a second feed for the same person.
Who built it. JobDistill is the first product of Agenteze, a solo-founded company based in India that builds AI agents for specific everyday roles. It is built and operated by Akash Kakkar.
Where it runs. On a single virtual server, with scoring done by an open-weights language model (Llama 3.3 70B) through a hosted API. Resume files and the profile derived from them are stored on that server and nowhere else.
What it never does. It never submits an application on your behalf and never automates LinkedIn, Naukri or Instahyre; every application is yours to review and send. It never invents employers, titles, dates, degrees or metrics in a tailored resume. It never sells or shares your resume data, and deletes all of it when you ask (one-click deletion from Settings is in the next release).
