Terms of service

Who you are dealing with. JobDistill is provided by Agenteze (https://agenteze.com). Using https://jobdistill.com means you accept these terms. Contact: support@jobdistill.com.

The service. JobDistill reads public job openings, scores them against the resume and criteria you give it, and briefs you. Scores are a model's opinion, not a guarantee of fit, an interview, or an offer. You decide which roles to pursue and you submit every application yourself.

Your content. You keep all rights to your resume and anything derived from it. You confirm it is yours and accurate. You may not upload someone else's resume without their permission.

Plans and payment. Free, Pro (monthly) and Agenteze All Access (one-time, yearly) are described on the pricing page. Payments are taken by Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). Paid plans can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked, by email to support@jobdistill.com. After that, payments are non-refundable; a cancelled Pro subscription runs to the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use. No scraping, resale or automated access to the service; no attempts to defeat plan limits; no use of the service to automate submissions on job boards that prohibit it.

Availability and liability. The service is provided as is. We aim for daily briefings but do not guarantee uptime, coverage of any particular employer, or the accuracy of any score. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes and law. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
